The room was very clean and comfy. The balcony was sunny, so the room was bright. I liked the closeness to the sites of interest (it's like 15 minutes to Wawel castle! The breakfast was good, I enjoyed the coffee. And because of the early flight, the last breakfast was prepared as a lunch box.

The rooms were good size and very clean, our room was very quiet overlooking the hotel courtyard. Hotel employees were very friendly and always helpful when we had questions or special requests. All spoke good English. The location is excellent, the Kazimierz neighborhood is just across the street, and the Old Town, the Wawel castle and the river are only about 10 minutes walk away too. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Hotel has good airconditioning, which was important to us because it was so hot outside when we were there but our room was cool.

The hotel is located very close to the main attractions. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel. There is also a supermarket across the street and plenty of restaurants/bars around. You can park on the public spots if there is any available, and you have to pay Mon-Sat 10 am until 8 pm. On Sunday parking is free. There is a private, guarded parking lot quite close for 60 złoty/24 hours. Breakfast was great and they have a variety of options. The room was normal-sized, the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom has some basic toiletries.
