Cool apartment to rent in Poznań, furnished, in trendy district of Jeżyce (15 min of walk from City Center), on the top floor of funky style townhouse. Tot.surface: 130 m2 All appliances, TV (with movie and sport channels), fire place, internet 50Mb/s, tel landline free w/o limit. This flat has most of what what you might need when you pass by in daily rush, or for any event in Poznan (PL), and is well placed for most of reasons.
Former software engineer has a place to rent
The surrounding place is easy and cheap living, with many restaurants, convenience shops & food. The area is safe, quiet and non-pretentious the same time, preferred by students because of nearby universities & facilities (medicine, social sciences, etc). What is easily reachable: green spaces, lakes, bike paths, railway station, airport, small and big commerce.
