Domek 35 m2 położony jest w otulinie Kaszubskiego Parku Krajobrazowego w miejscowości Sikorzyno. Cosy Cabin jest jedynym domkiem na ogrodzonej posesji o wielkości 1000m2. W sąsiedztwie są inne zabudowy letniskowe. Nieopodal ok 400 m znajduje się jezioro Długie. Do najbliższej większej miejscowości jest ok 10 km - Kościerzyna. W miejscowości Gołubie - ok 5 km znajdują się knajpki i miejska plaża. W promieniu do 20 km są też liczne atrakcje zarówno dla dzieci i dorosłych. Domek klimatyzowany o powierzchni 35 m2 plus antresola. Na antresoli znajdują się dwa pomieszczenia z łózkami 140x200. Na dole znajduje się rozkładana kanapa.
