Domek usytuowany jest w spokojnej części Pogorzelicy, wkoło łąki, pola z widokiem na jeziorko, blisko las i ścieżki rowerowe. W pobliżu stacja kolejki wąskotorowej. Domek jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony, posiada zmywarkę, pralkę plus detergenty , w kuchni znajdują się wszystkie sprzęty agd do gotowania, pieczenia, smażenia, ekspres do kawy, kawa, herbata oraz przyprawy do dyspozycji gości, w zamrażalniku czeka lód do chłodzenia napojów, na tarasie grill gazowy , do dyspozycji gości rowery.
Dla chcących ciszy i spokoju to idealne miejsce, nieopodal stadnina koni, kolej wąskotorowa, ścieżki rowerowe, piękny las pełen jagód i grzybów.
