We are a company that has been on the market for 3 years successfully renting apartments and obtaining an average rating always above 9 on booking. Each of our apartments quickly obtains the status of Genius, which can be obtained by facilities that meet the highest requirements of booking. Every year we receive the Booking Awards for maintaining high standards. Our work is our passion. If we have such a possibility (if the next guest has a late arrival), we allow late check-out, but you must ask for it at least the day before. In this situation, we check the declared arrival time of the next guest and inform you about the decision regarding the check-out time. Similarly, with early check-in, we allow it if possible. There is no additional charge for early check-in or check-out. We consider each case of breaking the rules or requests individually. We are human and we approach every matter humanly. Our goal is not to punish, but to keep the apartment in good condition so that you will gladly come back to it.

From 24.06 for a month will be renovation on staircase what may cause noise during day from monday to friday. We don't have possibility to pay on place - money are taken from card before arrival. Because of closing part of the Old Town during summer, there are limitation of using our parking space. To obtain more details, please contact with the host. The building was built in 1956, but the bricks for its construction were used from buildings that were destroyed during World War II. You can leave your car in the inner courtyard - it is monitored. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve parking spaces, because they are not assigned to the apartments - you park on first free. House rules: No smoking in the apartment and common areas (staircase, basement) - PLN 300. Ban on organization of events/parties - PLN 1000. The event means a noise after 22:00 also associated with more people than in reservation. Night quiet: 22:00(10pm) - 6:00(6am) applies throughout the building. Check out after 11:00, without prior consent of the host - the price of the previous hotel day. Person who booked or paid for the apartment is responsible for it, even if it he/she is not in the apartment. We can end guest stay before time, without money back for stay, if he/she break house rules.
