The apartment, prepared for a comfortable stay for up to 4 people, has been fully and modernly equipped with amenities of a high standard. The apartment includes: a living room with a seating area, a kitchenette with a dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom, and two balconies with a view of the building court and Warta river. The living room has a fold-out sofa, coffee table and a large modern TV that allows you to use online services. A spacious and comfortable bed in the bedroom allows for a peaceful and pleasant stay. A designer bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer and towels available for guests allows for a sense of luxury. For maximum freedom during your stay, the apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and stovetop, coffee machine and dishwasher. Whole building is equpped with air conditioning. For our guests there is a free parking space situated in building’s underground garage. In the nearest neighbourhood you can find : Waterpark , Old Town Market, a lot of shopping galleries and much more various attractions.

Feel special in Poznań and take advantage of the city's charm. The location of the apartment and extensive communication means that we will get to the greatest attractions quickly and efficiently. About: 10 mins a walk separate us from the apartment to the Old Market Square - the heart of Poznań and one of the most interesting places to visit. A beautiful Renaissance town hall, historic houses, charming streets, many museums, pubs, cafes and people walking around create a unique atmosphere of this place. At a similar distance, there is also Freedom Square, whose characteristic point is the Glass Fountain. A must go to Ostrów Tumski - the oldest part of the city, located between the arms of Warta and Cybina. Today's Ostrów Tumski in Poznań is the place from which almost all tourists start their exploration of the city of Poznań. Just 4 km separates us from the Maltese Baths - one of the largest and best water recreation and sports complexes in Poland, using natural geothermal waters. The apartment is just over 4 km from the Poznań International Fair - the largest exhibition center in Eastern and Central Europe.
