The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the building and offers comfortable accommodation for six people. The interior is extremely bright, yet elegantly decorated, which creates a cozy atmosphere. It consists of two bedrooms - one is equipped with a double sofa bed and the other with a comfortable double bed. An additional sleeping area is located in the spacious living room, where there is also a double sofa bed. The apartment has a modern kitchenette, which is fully equipped. It contains all the necessary appliances, such as an induction cooktop, oven and microwave oven, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. The living room also has a separate dining area, providing a comfortable space for shared meals. For those working remotely, a desk and chair have been prepared in one of the bedrooms, allowing comfortable work in the comfort of the apartment. High-speed WiFi is available in all rooms for easy internet connection, and multimedia amenities include a modern flat-screen TV with SmartTV+ functionality. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, towels and a set of toiletries, offering a comfortable environment for daily care. In addition, a washing machine and a separate toilet are at guests' disposal, increasing the functionality of the space. The apartment comes with 2 parking spaces in the underground garage.
