A comfortable apartment with an area of 51 m², ideal for a larger family or a group of up to 6 people, offers two separate bedrooms and a living room with a kitchenette. It is located in a modern building with an elevator. The living area features a living room with a kitchenette. The living room has a fold-out corner sofa, providing sleeping space for two people. A large 55-inch Smart TV with terrestrial TV will make your evenings more enjoyable. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with a freezer, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee machine. There is also a dining table available for guests to enjoy meals together. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, ensuring a comfortable sleep for two people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine. A hairdryer is also available for guests in the drawer under the sink. From the living room, you can access the balcony with balcony furniture, perfect for a morning coffee or evening relaxation. For guests' convenience, the apartment also includes a clothes dryer, iron, and ironing board. Pets are welcome. The apartment comes with a designated parking space in the garage. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Parking is strictly prohibited in the garage entrance area. Waste sorting is required in the apartment.
