The location is top, the staff is very friendly (especially to polish learners), the room is wide and clean. The rooms are within a beautiful and lively part of the city so you can get anything you need from right there - a walk in mostly pedestrian streets (so it's not in the "dirty" car part of the city), food, shops. It's a wonderful experience overall and I can't name any downsides/negatives.
