Comfortable apartment in a new building in the Old Town, with an area of 69 m² and a large balcony of 13 m². Two separate bedrooms, each with two continental beds (90x200 cm). Additionally, there is a sofa bed (192x110 cm) in the living room, providing sleeping space for one person. All amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, and hairdryer. The bathroom has a shower and underfloor heating. Fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other amenities. 60-inch TV with a cable TV package. WiFi network. Central heating with individual temperature controls in each room. Fully electric kitchen. No gas in the apartment. The kitchen also has a dining table. The balcony is also equipped with a dining table and chairs for 5 people. Access to the building is granted using a dedicated code, which guests receive before check-in. The apartment is equipped with an automatic lock system operated by an individual code, which guests also receive before check-in. Automatic check-in and check-out do not require the presence of staff. Access to the apartment is available from the street or from the garage via an elevator, with no stairs. The apartment is located on the first floor. There is an option to rent a secure parking space in the building’s underground garage for an additional fee of 70 PLN per day.
