I really liked the location of the apartment and its size! The P&J staff was really helpful and friendly. The apartment was comfortable and cozy, clean and had everything that we needed. I traveled to Krakow with my daughters by car, the paid underground parking was right there in that very building, it was very convenient and safe.

The location (Barbican House) is perfect right in the heart of the city less than one minute walk to the main square. I was on the 4th floor there is no lift so this might be an issue for some people. The street can be noisy with people but the apartment is double glazed. There is a restaurant and bar on the ground floor selling traditional Polish food. The reception staff were very nice, extremely helpful and very friendly. (With excellent Engilsh language skills) Odd Numbered apartments are to the street even to the rear of the building (Barbican House). Fridge and well equipped kitchen in the apartment and spacious shower room all working perfectly and beautifully clean.
