Location was about a 10 minute walk straight to the old town and was easy to find with a shop across the road. Airport transfer arranged by the host was extremely professional and helpful and arrived on time. On the day of arrival Ewa texted us our codes to get into the apartment so check in was easy. Apartment was very clean, spacious and all facilities you could need were there. We were also provided with extra bedding, pillows, duvet covers and towels and the kitchen had enough utensils for a family. Ewa was also extremely helpful and was able to help out with any problems we had on arrival day, she was also very accommodating when we had to change our holiday dates due to a flight cancellation.

The Apartment was exceptionally well equipped, spacious & very comfortable, the balcony was small but ideal for me being a smoker & there was an ashtray outside, the bed was a good size as was the sofa bed, The location is about 1km from the old town so it's quite an easy walk, there are several supermarkets nearby which sell everything you may need, i will definitely stay here again,

The apartment was clean and ready for our arrival, taking we have booked only a few hours earlier. We haven't met the host but communication with the office was smooth and all instructions clear. If the flat we found everything that we needed. Comfortable beds, nice and clean bathroom. The location is great, although it is worth to prepare some coins for the parking meter. All day parking place not far. The main important thing for me, as the stay in Krakow was a very last minute decision, was how quick and efficient I was able to make the booking in a really good place.
