GOLDEN APARTMENTS invite you to a cozy, comfortable and fully equipped apartment at Siedmiogrodzka Street 3. Clean and comfortable as in a five-star hotel, yet cozy and safe as at home. Our company has many years of experience in professional apartment rental management of high standard. We operate throughout Poland and abroad. Our offer includes more than 200 apartments, the number of which we are gradually increasing with the development of the company. We have our own apartments, which we manage, as well as cooperate with other owners.

Property info

When booking from December 31, 2024 to January 1, 2025, a refundable deposit is required to cover damage or events. The deposit will be returned within 7 days after check-out from the apartment. Guests can make use of all the amenities available in the apartment, both coffee, tea, etc. prepared for them, as well as the equipment of the apartment. We provide fresh bed linen and towels in hotel standard. The standard equipment includes a fully equipped kitchen, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, free Internet and cable TV. Thanks to the contactless self-check-in procedure, we can welcome you in a safe and comfortable way, guaranteeing the comfort of check-in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Extending the check-out time to 12:00 involves a fee of 50 PLN. Check-out after 12:00 will incur a charge for the next full day. For the stay we issue VAT invoices. The cost of accommodation is 50 PLN per day for 1 animal.

Neighborhood info

It is located in the heart of the capital, 2 km from the Palace of Culture and Science. The rapidly developing Wola district satisfies all daily needs thanks to numerous shopping and gastronomic outlets. Browary Warszawskie with many different gastronomic outlets, only 2 km away. The apartment is an excellent base for exploring Warsaw. The Warsaw Uprising Museum and the iconic Złote Tarasy shopping centre are a 30-minute walk away. The area also has excellent access to other districts of Warsaw: the nearest metro station, Rondo Daszyńskiego, is 600 m from the apartment, and on the street next there are many bus and tram stops. The Old Town can be reached in just 25 minutes by public transport. An even faster and greener alternative is the city bike rental, which is located opposite the building, from Karolkowa Street.
