Our company has many years of experience in professional management of high-standard apartment rentals. We operate throughout Poland and abroad. In our offer there are more than 200 apartments, the number of which we are gradually increasing with the development of the company. We have our own apartments, which we manage, as well as conduct cooperation with other owners.

When booking from December 31, 2024 to January 1, 2025, a refundable deposit is required to cover damage or events. Guests can use all facilities available in the apartment, both coffee, tea, etc. prepared for them, as well as the apartment equipment. We provide fresh linens and towels to hotel standard. Standard amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, iron along with ironing board, hair dryer, free Internet and cable TV. Thanks to the contactless self check-in procedure, we can welcome you in a safe and convenient way, guaranteeing the comfort of check-in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Extending the check-out time until 12:00 pm involves a fee of 50 PLN. Checking out after 12:00 involves incurring a fee for the next full day. We issue VAT invoices for the stay. The cost of accommodation for a pet is 50 PLN per night for 1 animal. Parking in the underground garage is an additional fee of 50 PLN per day (space must be reserved before arrival to be guaranteed).

The property is located in the heart of the capital, 2 km from the Palace of Culture and Science. The rapidly developing Wola district caters to all daily needs with its numerous shopping and dining outlets. In the vicinity of the building you will find the Warsaw Brewery with many different dining outlets. The apartment is an excellent base for exploring Warsaw. The Warsaw Uprising Museum and the iconic Zlote Tarasy shopping center are a 20-minute walk away. The neighborhood also has excellent access to other districts of Warsaw: the nearest subway station, Rondo Daszyńskiego, is 600 meters from the apartment, and there are many bus and streetcar stops on the street next door. It takes just 15 minutes to reach the Old Town by public transportation. An even faster and greener alternative is the city's bicycle rental service, which is located at Daszyńskiego Roundabout.
