When booking from December 31, 2024 to January 1, 2025, a refundable deposit is required to cover damage or events. The deposit will be returned within 7 days after check-out from the apartment. Guests can use all the amenities available in the apartment, both coffee, tea, etc. prepared for them, as well as the apartment's facilities. We provide fresh linens and towels of hotel standard. We provide a portable crib upon request. The standard equipment includes: washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with microwave, coffee maker, fully equipped kitchen, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, free Internet and cable TV. With a contactless self check-in procedure, we can welcome you in a safe and convenient way, guaranteeing the comfort of check-in 24/7. If necessary, our Golden Apartments team is ready to meet you personally at any time. Extending the check-out time until 12:00 pm involves a fee of 50 PLN. Checking out after 12:00 will incur a fee for the next full day. We issue VAT invoices for your stay. Parking in the underground garage is charged an additional fee of 80 PLN per day (space must be reserved before arrival to be guaranteed). The cost of accommodation for a pet is 50 PLN per day for 1 animal.

The property is located in the heart of the capital, 1 km from the Palace of Culture and Science. The rapidly developing Wola district caters to all daily needs with its numerous shopping and dining outlets. In the vicinity of the building there is a wide variety of dining outlets. The apartment is an excellent base for exploring Warsaw. The Warsaw Uprising Museum and the iconic Zlote Tarasy shopping center are a 15-minute walk away. The neighborhood also has excellent access to other districts of Warsaw: the nearest subway station, Rondo ONZ, is 500 meters from the apartment, and there are many bus stops on neighboring streets. It takes just 15 minutes to reach the Old Town by public transportation. An even faster and greener alternative is the city's bicycle rental service, which is located next to the Warsaw Uprising Museum.
