Apartament Grochowska. The flat is on the 3rd floor. The building has an elevator. You can come to our apartment with pets, but please inform us about it before your arrival and there is an extra charge - 80 PLN per animal per stay (payment by cash)! The bedroom has windows to the backyard, the living room (with a fold-out sofa) has windows to Grochowska Street! Near house is train station which can take you to old town market. House for peace and quiet lovers. There is a park close to the apartment, perfect for evening walks. Near the apartment there is Warsaw zoo, full of attractions. There is a store in the same building. Quiet an peaceful place perfect for family trips and friends meetings. The apartment is non-smoking and organizing any events, parties, etc is forbidden..! The quiet hours are between 22:00 and 6:00, however, because the apartment is located in a residential building, guests must behave in a way that does not disturb the neighbors at other times! A few days before arrival (at the latest 2) I send a message via Booking. com with detailed information about check-in and stay. Please, check your inbox then and confirm you read that message (all you need is confirmation via message on Booking. com)
We do NOT have a private, guarded parking space. Guests can use the free unguarded parking on the street.
