In Old Town and exceptional service. Entire staff are welcoming and atmosphere is inviting. Nice breakfast buffet and excellent coffee, coffee beans ground for each cup. Rooftop terrace allows for outdoor dining while looking over the city. Beds comfortable. Hotel ambiance is serene with artwork, plants and relaxing music. Excellent location in a very quiet, pretty square. 1 minute walk from the main old town square where bars, restaurants and the goat church are located. Staff were really accomodating but not overbearing, we felt really relaxed and at home. Beautifully clean large rooms, newly decorated, sturdy walls and windows, so pretty quiet and felt very private (we stayed in deluxe double) Nice big double bed with two single duvet covers, some people might not like this, but we did. Some reviews said the rooms were cold, ours was very comfortable. Snowy outside, -5 degrees C at night , but room stayed around 20 degrees. Some reviews said limited hot water, but we had multiple baths and showers, always with hot water. Beautiful covered courtyard full of plants.

we stayed for just 2 nights in Poznan. The hotel is beautifully, traditionally designed and in a great location. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

It's a little unfair for me to review this hotel as generally it's my go-to place in Poznan, been a lot of times and will continue to go back. It's a friendly local place and I feel at home there. No parking on site (didn't need it this time) but there's a safe and cheap place to park your chariot within 2 or 3 mins walk.
