KosovoThe location was excellent - just across from Wroclaw Glowny station - and although my single room was compact, it was comfortable. The bathroom was particularly well-appointed. Breakfast was good, though the breakfast room is pretty small and breakfast isn't served until 08:00 at the weekends, which was an issue as some of my trips began before 09:00.

ParaguayVery close proximity to the train station (priceless when it rains upon arrival :-)). Nice and welcoming check-in (thank you Klaudia). Quiet room on higher floor (per my booking request). Was able to leave my luggage a bit past check-out time.

I had to be moved to another hotel fifty meters away in the same street because the door lock in my room was faulty and the hotel was full. The staff were brilliant and dealt with the move very efficiently.
