very clean , nice furniture, awesome pool , spa services . Awesome salads in their restaurant. Reception desk - very friendly and flexible staff. Had to reschedule my trip due to Covid and there was no problem in arranging different dates, which I appreciate very much .

SlovakiaŚwietny mini aquapark zarówno dla dzieci jak i dorosłych, bardzo dobra obsługa hotelowa, bardzo dobre , urozmaicone śniadanie. Wiele atrakcji , dwa stoły bilardowe, fajny pub. Bezpłatny parking, dużo miejsca. Narciarnia z indywidualnymi szafkami zamykanymi na klucz. Dobra lokalizacja, ok. 10min do stacji gondolowej na Jaworzynie. Pokoje czyste, łazienka bez zarzutu. Duża szafa w przedpokoju, wieszaki w przedpokoju na odzież zewnętrzną. Szlafroki w pokoju. W zimie sprawne ogrzewanie.

Na każdym niemalże kroku doświadczaliśmy empatii ze strony przedstawicieli obsługi. Panie w recepcji każdego obdarzały uśmiechem, dobrą radą i dobrym słowem. Urokliwa strefa SPA, basen z ciepła wodą i pozostałe elementy tej strefy zasługują na bardzo wysoką ocenę. Wyposażenie pokoju wystarczające. Wspaniała kuchnia (śniadania i obiadokolacje) - dopełniła pozytywnych wrażeń. Polecam kontakt z Panem Barmanem i jego królestwem; coś fantastycznego. Nigdy tego robiłem, ale tym razem wysłałem maila bezpośrednio do Hotelu z podziękowaniami.
