We offer 5 exclusive apartments overlooking the Tatra Mountains, which have been designed and equipped with attention to the smallest detail. Each of them was created to provide the highest standards of comfort to our guests. Practical and cozy, stylish and spacious – this is what awaits you in House’27. In line with the art déco style we aimed at bringing out the beauty of everyday objects, thus each piece of equipment serves both a practical as well as esthetical role, depicting the character of the interior. It is possible to rent a single apartment or the whole House’27 villa. House’27 is a traditional bourgeois villa, that is over 90 years old! Its origins date back to 1927, when architect Piotr Komornicki designed the building for Jadwiga Sędzimirowa from Cracow. The villa was built a few years later in 1932, with the use of e.g. granite from the nearby Dolina Kościeliska valley. Its interior has been modernized several times, but the body retained its original shape up to present times. The building has been recognized as a unique example of Zakopane modernism and was listed in national register of historic monuments.
