The fine print
Check-in and key collection takes place at the reception at ul. Hubala 14 in Gdańsk.
Keys can be collected at the reception from Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 18:00 and on weekends and public holidays from 15:00 to 16:00. Guests can also use the virtual reception service and collect keys even outside office hours. In this case, the keys will be placed in a locker in the building where the apartment is located. To use this option, please contact the property the day before arrival.
A deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival to cover any additional costs. In the case of New Year's Eve or special events, the deposit is PLN 1000. Payment must be made by credit card. The refund should be made within 14 days of check-out. The deposit will be returned in full to the credit card account after checking the condition of the premises.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
