K&M Apartments has been operating since 2018. We have our own apartments in Warsaw's Wola district in very attractive locations: 19. Dzielnica at Kolejowa street and Towarowa Towers at Prosta street. Due to the fact that we are their owners, we are distinguished by a very individual approach to the customer. The comfort and privacy of the guest is a priority for us If you require a VAT invoice, please inform us at the time of booking and provide the data for its issuance. If you do not provide this data, only a fiscal receipt will be issued.

Property info

We offer a comfortable studio with a kitchenette and an air conditioning system, located in a contemporary, luxuriously finished building in the business center of Warsaw. Guests have access to a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Netflix profile. The apartment is equipped with: a double bed, a fold-out sofa, a coffee table, a work desk suitable for a laptop, an iron and ironing board. The kitchenette includes: kitchen hob, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a coffee machine, an electric kettle. The bathroom features: a bathtub with a shower function and shower doors, a washer-dryer, a hairdryer, a set of towels, a selection of bath cosmetics. Soundproof windows with blackout blinds allow for complete darkness, providing perfect conditions for rest. Upon prior arrangement and reservation, guests may also access the building’s shared facilities, which include: a gym, a business area (lobby and conference room), a relaxation terrace. Breakfast delivery to the apartment is available upon request. The breakfast set and delivery time must be agreed upon in advance based on the menu.

The studio is located at Prosta 69, right next to the Daszyński Roundabout in Warsaw. This area has transformed in recent years into one of the city’s most important business hubs, dominated by modern skyscrapers and innovative infrastructure that seamlessly blends architecture with a rich cultural and entertainment offering. Just 200 meters from the studio is the Daszyński Roundabout metro station – a key transportation hub in Warsaw’s Wola district, serving the second metro line as well as numerous tram and bus routes. This provides quick and convenient access to all parts of the city, including the Old Town, Vistula Boulevards, National Stadium, Central Railway Station, and Chopin Airport. The immediate vicinity also offers a wide range of tourist attractions, such as: Warsaw Uprising Museum (500 m), Skyfall Warsaw (200 m), Norblin Factory (800 m a former industrial site turned vibrant center for culture, dining, and entertainment), Warsaw Breweries (1000 m a perfect spot for food lovers, featuring over 30 restaurants serving international cuisine).
