Bydgoszcz is my homeland, to which I have been connected since childhood. I grew up in the vicinity of this city, and its history, beautiful tenement houses, and unique atmosphere have always fascinated me. A few years ago, we decided with my family to live in a more than 130-year-old tenement house in the heart of Bydgoszcz, where we discover new secrets of its corners every day. I work on a daily basis in the revitalization of old tenement houses – giving them new life, restoring their former glory, and adapting them to modern needs. It’s not just a job but also a passion that allows me to combine my love of history with modern solutions. After hours, I enjoy further renovations of our own tenement house, creating a space full of warmth and character. In our backyard, we are also slowly realizing a small project – creating a garden that will become a green oasis in the heart of the city. Our apartment at Sowińskiego 12 is a unique place that comfortably accommodates up to 8 people with total area of 86 m2. Ideal for family stays, travels with friends and business visits. It offers spacious, modern interiors designed with your comfort in mind. The apartment consists of three bedrooms, each equipped with hotel beds measuring 90x200 cm, which are combined into large double beds (180x200 cm). Additionally, one bedroom offers the possibility of an extra bed, and the living room has a sofa bed. For families with children, we also provide a cradle and a travel cot upon request. The fully equipped kitchen meets the needs of every cook – you'll find an oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary accessories such as cutlery, mixer, kettle, and baking forms. There's no need to worry about toiletries, towels, or a hairdryer – everything is ready for you on-site. Additionally, for longer stays, you can use the washing machine and ironing facilities. The apartment also provides excellent conditions for remote work – fast Internet with speeds over 600 Mb/s ensures smooth connectivity. In the living room, there is a SmartTV with 136 ORANGE channels and access to popular platforms like Netflix, HBO, PrimeVideo, and YouTube, offering complete relaxation after a busy day. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a renovated tenement house. Guests have access to street parking – paid on weekdays (2.60 PLN/hour or 25 PLN/day), and free on weekends and holidays. There are also several free parking spots available nearby. Our apartment is a haven in the heart of Bydgoszcz, designed with care for every detail, so you can feel at home!

The apartment is located in the center of Bydgoszcz, just a few minutes' walk from the city's main attractions. The area is full of picturesque tenement houses, charming streets, and ideal places for walks, such as the boulevards along the Brda River. Guests especially appreciate the proximity to the Pomeranian Philharmonic, Opera Nova, and the Old Town, where they can explore the rich history of the city. Nearby, there is also a local market with healthy food, perfect for morning shopping. In the vicinity of the apartment, you'll find many cultural attractions. It’s worth visiting the "Potop" Fountain, the Leon Wyczółkowski Museum of Painting, and the unique Museum of Soap and the History of Dirt. For those who enjoy active leisure, we recommend the Olympic swimming pool and Astoria fitness club (5 minutes on foot), as well as the Spider climbing wall (10 minutes on foot). There are also recommended restaurants nearby, including "Dzikowisko" by Magda Gessler, the Indian restaurant Vansa Ghar, Bar Dworcowy with Polish cuisine, and Dziany Pieróg, serving baked and boiled dumplings. Bydgoszcz is also an excellent base for those who wish to explore the charming corners of the region. The city is surrounded by forests, and a short drive away are the Tuchola Forests, where you can relax in nature. It is also close to picturesque lakes and the Lower Vistula Valley, which captivates with its landscapes. Nearby cities such as Koronowo, Chełmno – one of the most beautiful towns in Pomerania, full of Gothic monuments, and Żnin and the famous Biskupin, which attracts archaeology enthusiasts, are also worth visiting.
