Villa 9A is a spacious, three-storey house with an area of 300 m² with a beautiful garden, located in a quiet street next to a large ski jump. For rent, we offer the entire house with its associated property, which means that you also have a large garden (1500 m²) and a private parking lot for several cars at your disposal. This is one of the few houses for rent in Zakopane that you can use fully to yourself, without the presence of the hosts. A very impressive house with buildings characteristic of the region. By choosing our house in Zakopane for your vacation, you choose: Comfort The house was thoroughly renovated in 2019 and equipped with modern equipment and stylish furniture, which significantly raised its standard Relaxation On the ground floor there is, among others miniSPA with exercise accessories, in the attic - chillout zone, and in the garden it is possible to light a grill or bonfire Convenience The house is completely furnished, and its location means that you have close Tatra routes as well as many attractive places in Zakopane Privacy A large property surrounded by tall spruces and the lack of hosts on site are conducive to maintaining your priv

If you like to spend time in quiet place with a lot of green but without dozens of tourists it's a perfect place for you. House it's situated in quiet part of the city. Distances to the main locations: 350 m to swimming pool and fitness place (COS) 400 m to Ski Jump (Wielka Krokiew) 400 m to nearest small ski lift 400 m to the nearest grocery shop 500 m to trail leading to national park - entrance (Tatrzański Park Narodowy) 800m to big open-air Ice Rink. 900 m to main shooping and recration street with plenty restaurants (Krupówki) 1900 m to Nosal ski lift 2000 m to main railway station ( PKP ) 2500 m to Kasprowy Wierch cableway / ski lift 4000 m to Polana Szymowszkowa ski lift The most interesting or useful places are within a walking distance from the house. Should you need to go further away, the nearest bus stop is only 400 m and taxi rank 800 m away from the house.
