A stylish, comfortable, well-equipped apartment located in a gated, modern housing estate close to a park, right next to the campus of the University of Lodz. Nearby there is a student town, a conference center, the Barlicki clinical hospital and the hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration. It only takes 15 minutes by public transport to get to the vibrant main street of the city - Piotrkowska with many restaurants and clubs, 10 minutes to the main railway station Łódź Fabryczna and 15 minutes to the New Center of Łódź with cultural and entertainment facilities.
