Apartment consists of a living room with an equipped kitchenette and access to the terrace, one bedroom and a bathroom . Conveniently located- 5 minutes from the sea (sandy beaches perfect for your holiday). We are right next to the Grand Lubicz Hotel (close to the SPA, gym, water park, restaurant, soft play room). The building is fenced off, surrounded by shrubs, trees and a big lawn. Ustka is a well-known holiday and vacation destination in Poland. Ustka offers many opportunities to have fun and relax during your holiday - the sea, water scooter rides, boat rides in the summer vacation season, forest, nearby stables. Staying in our holiday apartment will make your vacation by the sea unforgettable. The apartment close to the sea, promenade and forest offers: -terrace / patio- roofed with garden furniture - a small playground with a sandbox and a trampoline -beach equipment (deckchairs, windbreak, blanket) -wi-fi -coffee machine, washing machine, iron, kettle -1 parking space in the underground garage -the facility has a disabled access (elevator from the underground garage, platform at the entrance stairs)
-safety for you and your property: fenced area, gate with a key and code, remote control for the vehicle access, video intercom - nearby amenities (Biedronka, Polo Market, Chinese shop, restaurants, post office, bank, ATM, pharmacy, cafe, ice cream parlor, large playground, zipline park- the vacation season)
