Wonderful breakfast, great staff, good location, luxurious bath

The bed was comfy. Good breakfast. Location also good. The hot tub is a plus, really good to relax after a long day exploring Krakow. We also loved that there was Netflix. One of the days we needed a super early breakfast and the staff that was in the reception that day was really friendly and provide us with a good option.

The hot tub was amazing The room was very nice 🙂 Great coffee facilities Good Air Conditioning over the bed as the nights were warm. Overall an amazing place to stay and the staff were amazing too. I would highly recommend this premises to stay in Krakow.

Very local, 24 hour supermarket down the street close to main square, our TV in the bathroom wasn't working and the woman tried so hard to fix it as she couldn't she gave us a fresh fruit platter as an apology and to change rooms but it wasn't that big of a deal, I only have videos of the room but I would definitely recommend staying here for that little bit of luxury at such a cheap price

Perfect location, couple of minutes walk to the main square. The room is perfect for couples. Big jacuzzi bath, double shower, tv in each room. It was a great place to relax after enjoying Kraków. The hotel staff can provide special requests if arrange before, I didn't arrange anything but they left matches for the candles which was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and professional, and helpful 😊 We would definatley stay again and recommend to others. Thankyou
