FranceWhat a superb Hotel!! Right in the centre!! Lovely staff! From the reception to restaurant and cleaning ladies. Everyone very helpful! Breakfast was fantastic!! Great home cooking with wide range of dishes (even gluten-free bread!! Never seen before in any of the hotels!!) This home feeling you do not get anywhere else!! We had a big room with beautiful view to Snieżka!! Clean. Very comfortable beds (slept like a baby!!;) My partner had 2 massages from 2 wonderful experienced masseuse man. He said it was really worth the money!! We relaxed in the swimming pool and saunas. In those difficult times all Covid-19 precautions were kept!! Masks you need to take and glows were available!! If we come back to Kapacz (and we will) we choose this hotel 100%. Pozdrawiamy serdecznie.
