The house offers a cozy living room with a fireplace, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Two balconies overlooking the garden and a large terrace encourage relaxation. In the very large, well-kept garden (1600 sq m) you can relax, play or grill. There are three parking spaces on the property. The entire property is fenced, hedges and trees provide privacy, and thus an ideal place to relax in the middle of nature. ?winouj?cie is located on 44 islands, among the untouched nature of the ?wina delta on one side, and the Baltic Sea on the other. One of the greatest advantages of ?winouj?cie is the widest beach in Poland, made of golden sand. It is the only beach on the coast that grows naturally year by year. ?winouj?cie, apart from being an attractive resort and wellness center, is also a beautiful city. Worth visiting are: - Museum of Sea Fishing, - Angel Fort, - Western Fort - Museum of the History of the ?winouj?cie Fortress, - Gerhard Fort - Museum of Coastal Defense, - Lighthouse, - Underground city on Wolin Island, - ERLEBNIS DORF Koserow (D).
