Brand new, modern furnished 60sqm apartment for 6 people. Two bedrooms with double beds. Large living room (a sofa bed easily transforms into a sleeping space). Well-equipped open plan kitchen. Large bathroom with shower. 100sqm garden with two terraces. Apartment located on the ground floor - adapted for disabled guests (there is also a lift to the garage). Private single-place parking lot is available to guests + bicycle parking space. Equipment: - kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob + oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, kitchen tools, tableware, pots, cutlery, glasses, etc., - bedrooms: bedclothes, pillowcases, blankets, - bathroom: washing machine, hair dryer, towels. In addition, there are: clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, TV+DVD, cleaning supplies and hygiene products. Access to the apartment by downloading the key from the encrypted box (unique code sent via SMS). No pets are allowed. All smoking is strictly prohibited. This apartment is perfect for family holidays and people looking for a relaxed holiday in quiet location.
