Fully equipped with all the essentials: washing machine, capsule coffee maker, 55-inch Smart TV (Netflix, Disney+, etc.) in the living room, and fast internet. The bathroom is fully equipped with a hairdryer, potty, child toilet seat adapter, and a step stool for kids by the sink. The kitchen features a coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, induction hob with pots and pans, and plenty of plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery, and utensils. Additional amenities include an iron, ironing press, vacuum cleaner, mop, and brush. The first bedroom has a large, comfortable bed (140 cm wide) with the option to add a travel cot (available in the apartment), a wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, a desk, chair, and a mirror. The second bedroom also offers a comfortable double bed (140 cm wide), a desk, chair, and wardrobe. The living room includes a large, comfortable sofa bed (140 cm wide when unfolded), a 55-inch Smart TV, and a dining table with chairs. There’s also a balcony for your enjoyment.

The apartment is located in the heart of Łódź: 200m - Shopping center with Biedronka, Rossmann, 50m - Tram and bus stop, 700m - Łódź-Kaliska train station, 900m - Atlas Arena, 1km - Zoo + Orientarium, (10 min by tram to the city center: Piotrkowska, Manufaktura, Galeria Łódzka). 15 minutes on foot to the Botanical Garden, 7 minutes to Poniatowski Park.
