Welcome to our cozy and comfortable studio in the heart of Katowice! It's the perfect place for those who appreciate convenience and a great location. Wake up to the beautiful sight of the rising sun and an unobstructed panoramic view stretching to the horizon. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator. The studio has recently undergone a full renovation, ensuring a modern design, excellent condition, and a layout focused on guest comfort, offering numerous amenities. There is currently renovation work in the building, during which one of the elevators is being replaced. The other elevator remains available for your use. This may result in occasional noise and some dust in common areas.
