Charmed with the area we decided to build an unusual apartment in a vacant roof space. The ‘Soft Loft’ was created at the back of the most popular and energetic Nowy Swiat Street in the only building in the city with its own tower. It attracts attention with its simplicity, originally preserved bricks, textured plaster work and exposed timber. To access this apartment, you need to take a stairway in front of the building and then the original staircase will take you to the roof top apartment which leads to an open plan kitchen (fully equipped). Mistictone bedroom - brick balanced by large stone. Dark graphite is the background for the natural color of the wood. Bedroom consists of a bed with a mattress 180 / 200cm, a dressing table / work desk, storage racks and drawers for clothes. The bathroom open to the bedroom has a large shower. Nudetone bedroom – the second bedroom is accessed through the spiral stairs. It is an atmospheric room with a big window next to the tower. Bedroom consists of a bed with a mattress 180 / 200cm, armchairs, storage racks and drawers for clothes. The bathroom open to the bedroom has a cosy shower.
The loft is situated in the very center of the lively city, yet away from the noise, sheltered by a square. A treasure in the heart of Warsaw.
