Our room did not have a nice view but it was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was polite and very helpful with everything we requested. The breakfast was satisfying.

United States of AmericaThe easy to reach location, parking facilities in the nearby garage and the centre within a few minutes walk. But above all the home-feeling from the moment of arrival. From reception-desk via breakfast to cleaning-lady, all employees showed a heartfelt service as if they felt personally committed to make you enjoy your stay. And this is so much more than just 'professional'. Something one isn't used to nowadays. A pleasant surprise was the upgrade to a room with spectacular view of Vistula river and Wawel castle. The room was comfortable with everything one can think of during a stay: electricity outlets where you want them, good and warm illumination, good wifi etc. Breakfast consisted of home-made sweets, a choice of bread, salads and spreads, daily changing and creative.
NetherlandsThe hotel is very well located, just by the river and the castle, within a walking distance from the market square. The hotel is "only" a 3-star hotel, however it exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The reception is open 24 hours so it is a big plus if you have a late/early flight. It is much better than many 4-star hotels I've been to. A nice breakfast (in a good weather you can eat outside having a great view) and a superb view from the rooftop bar. The price was very reasonable, good value for money. I highly recommend it and will definitely use it again while in Kraków.
