The 29 Avenue Apartments OFFERS two double rooms (20 M/2) and one two room apartment (30 M/2). The object is situated in the ground floor in the PRIVATE VILLA. All flats are freshly renewed and situated in a separate part of the house with a locked gate. SPECIAL ATTRACTION: large garden, with loungers, hammocks, garden table and place for grill/barbecue. 3 free parking places are offered. ATTENTION: THE ENTRANCE IS STEEP AND MAY BE DIFFICULT FOR LOW-HANGING CARS! All flats are equipped with furniture (tables, chairs, night table, pictures, new laminated floor, new plastic windows with blinds), TV and offer nice view for the garden. bathrooms are equipped with sink, a toilet, the cabinet, the shower-bath and water basin, additional floor heating system. Kitchen is attached to each room/apartmen and equipped with new cabinets, electric plate and oven, hood, and fridge. Electric pot and small portable electric plate are available in the rooms. There are also a big, separate laundry room (with iron, ironing board and clothes horse) and common room with chairs and a small library. MEDIA electric heating; hot water, electric water heater in the bathroom; free internet
ALEJA 29 LISTOPADA, intersection with OPOLSKA street, near the new office center and Imbramowski market. CLOSE TO THE CITY CENTRE; good communictation: 10 minutes to the MAIN RAILWAY/BUS STATION (bus 105), 15 minutes to the PLAC INWALIDÓW and KARMELICKA STREET (buses 139, 169, 503), the bus stop near by the house. Places for bikes and for 3 free parking places for cars. Nice calm atmosphere. Offert especially for persons, who like traditional Polish manor houses and their unique atmosphere. English, French, Spanish and Romanian spoken. BARDZO DOBRA LOKALIZACJA: ALEJA 29 LISTOPADA przy skrzyżowaniu z ul. OPOLSKĄ, blisko placu Imbramowskiego i nowego centrum biurowego. BLISKO DO CENTRUM, łatwy dojazd: przystanek autobusowy przy domu, 10 min. do DWORCA GŁÓWNEGO (autobus 105), 15 MIN. do AGH, UNIWERSYTETU ROLNICZEGO, BJ, WYDZIAŁU FILOLOGICZNEGO UJ (autobusy 139, 169, 503). Miejsca na rowery. Miła, spokojna atmosfera, oferta szczególnie dla osób lubiących nietypowe lokalizacje, tradycyjne krakowskie domy i ich niepowtarzalny klimat.
