“Przystanek Zawóz” is not just the name of our cottage, but above all a place where you can slow down, pause, and unwind from everyday responsibilities. The name also reflects the proximity of Lake Solina – a perfect spot to catch your breath and discover your own haven of peace while spending a holiday in the Bieszczady Mountains. Our cottage is a comfortable, two-storey retreat with 90 m² of living space, designed to provide a relaxing stay for families and groups of friends. Situated only 1.5 km from the center of the village of Zawóz, it offers tranquility, seclusion, and closeness to nature: everything we seek during a holiday.
The cottage is owned by a family – parents and their two daughters. It is the realization of the parents’ dream, who, a few years ago, bought a plot of land in a place that had truly captured their hearts. Today, together with their daughters, they can not only enjoy this spot but, above all, find peace and take a break from daily responsibilities and the hustle of city life. We have invested not only resources but also our hearts and hard work into this project. The parents personally take care of every detail, ensuring that the cottage and its surroundings are always kept in perfect condition. We believe this cottage is more than just a building – it is a sanctuary created to be shared with others.
Zawóz is a picturesque village in the Bieszczady Mountains, situated right on the shores of Lake Solina. Nestled on a peninsula, it is surrounded on one side by water and on the other by hills covered with forests and unspoiled nature. Though small, Zawóz offers a wide range of activities. Its unique location makes it an ideal base for exploring both Lake Solina and the scenic mountain meadows of the High Bieszczady. Water sports enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy, with numerous rental shops offering equipment ranging from pedal boats to kayaks and rowboats. The fresh air and surrounding forests invite visitors to take walks or cycle through the area. For anglers, Lake Solina is a true paradise, home to a rich variety of fish species.
