Posh apartment to rent in Poznań, furnished, in trendy district of Jeżyce (15 min of walk from City Center), on the 3rd floor of old, gently funky style townhouse. Tot.surface: 150 m2 All appliances, TV, internet > 50Mb/s
I've spend 30 years in IT (software engineering in EU), but please don't take me just for old geek ;-). I watch practical and aesthetic side of living.
Cheap & easy living (many small shops and services around, some bars and restos), non-pretentious, secure, students (univ,med) hanging around, last hipster moods. What is easily reachable: theaters, opera, cinemas, old market, green spaces, lakes, bike paths, railway station, airport, small and big commerce. Get there easily from all around Poznan by just walking, buses, trams (e.g. hint: there is easy smartphone app "jakDojade" for public transport in Poland). Airport is 15min by taxi, Poznan central rail is 5min by taxi. Taxi costs around 2.3 PLN/km (ex. call/phone: 19622), pubTransp is max 4.6 PLN/40min all around swap including suburbs.
