This unique studio is located in a modern development, on the edge of Oławskie Przedmieście, just off Walońska Street. It is located in a building where a "Żabka" shop is available, and bakeries, pastry shops and a "Biedronka" supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The studio is an ideal place for those who appreciate the proximity to the city centre. There are public transport stops within a 5-6 minute walk, so you can easily get to any part of Wrocław. A 20-minute walk is enough to reach the Wrocław Market Square and other tourist attractions in the centre. Also noteworthy are the National Museum and the Racławicka Panorama, just 1 km from the studio. Walońska Street is also exceptionally close to places such as the Oławski Bridge (300 metres from the flat) or Hydropolis - the easiest way to get there is by tram from one of the nearby stops. The estate neighbours the picturesque waterfront of the Oława river, which ensures the highest comfort of living in the centre of Wrocław. Extensive public transport and infrastructure around the estate enable convenient and easy access not only to any place in the city, but also beyond its borders.
