House after major renovation. Modern kitchen with dining area. Bathrooms with full infrastructure (bidets, washer-dryer). On the property, a free-standing grill, private parking for three cars. Directly in front of the house there is a playground for children and a volleyball and basketball court. To the nearest shop and restaurant 400 m. Minimum stays of 7 days from Saturday to Saturday. We charge additional fees for the utilities used - electricity and water.
