Location in a quiet housing estate of single-family houses, close to the center of the resort, where you can find numerous bars, restaurants and shops. For larger shopping or in search of more attractions, Ko?obrzeg, neighboring Grzybowo, invites you. The hosts live in a separate, smaller house on the same property. The 3-storey house is located on a fenced property. On the ground floor there is a large, open space including a very well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. On the ground floor there is also 1 bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and an additional toilet. On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a recreation room. Higher up, in the attic there is a fourth bedroom with its own bathroom. The property is equipped with a washing machine (use for an additional fee: 50 Eur / week). There are 2 large terraces with a set of lounge furniture. There is barbecue equipment and safe parking. Wireless internet is available. Included in the price of your stay: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, internet, parking, final cleaning. The location allows quick access to the seaside beach. The longest bicycle path in Poland (R-10) runs just 100 m from the apartment complex, which is an easy and pleasant way to visit the neighboring resorts by bike: Kolobrzeg, Dzwirzyno, Sianozety, Ustronie Morskie.
