Property info

Elegant, 3-room apartment 72 m2 at Bartycka 24b street, with 24/7 security. Quiet, spacious, high (2.7 m) and very sunny, windows face three sides of the world, with a nice large balcony and a beautiful view of the panorama of Warsaw. New apartment, luxuriously finished, with air conditioning. Parking space in the underground garage. Free WIFI. The apartment consists of an open, large living room with a kitchen (over 30 sq m), a dining table with chairs and a comfortable living room with a sofa and flat screen TV. There are 2 additional rooms in the apartment: a bedroom approx. 14 sq m with a double bed 160 cm wide, and a room / study with a desk and armchair (approx. 10 sq m), 2 bathrooms: one with a shower and toilet and the other bathroom with a toilet , sink and washing machine. Both bathrooms are bright, with windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, numerous cabinets. In the hall, three large modern and spacious wardrobes. A large chest of drawers in the bedroom.

Neighborhood info

Perfect location near Łazienki Park and the Vistula green areas. A great view from the window on the panorama of Warsaw. Excellent communication to the center (10 minutes by bus no. 108 to Plac Trzech Krzyży) or to the Pola Mokotowskie metro station (12 minutes by bus 167). Around there are numerous shops and service points (2 bakeries, 2 laundries, hairdressing and beauty salons, grocery stores, a stationery and photocopier, a café and 4 restaurants), 2 state primary schools, 2 private ones, a NHF clinic, a private kindergarten and a nursery. Everything within 500 m.
