Sopot Cosy Attic apartment is located on the top (third) floor of a newly renovated tenement house built in 1898 for the Wetzel brothers, designed by Wilhelm Lippke. When designing this apartment, the Polish-Italian duo of interior designers aimed to combine the Art Nouveau character of the tenement with a modern loft style. The atmosphere of the apartment is created by the living room, whose front wall is 4.5 meters high and through large wooden windows allows you to admire the view of the city. The living room has a separate dining area with a large wooden table and a kitchenette equipped with household appliances. Above the living room there is a mezzanine with a double bed, from which you can admire the starry sky or sunrises through the skylights. The bathroom equipped with a washer-dryer is done in the colors of the blue of the sea and the sandy beach. The apartment has a capacious closet and a built-in closet in the hallway. The bedroom with atmospheric slants is very well lit by 2 skylights and 2 balcony windows. Wifi is available throughout the apartment, there is a smart TV in the living room with access to movies via Netflix. NOTE !!!! fireplace is only a decorative element.

Neighborhood info

The townhouse is located 150 meters from the main street of Sopot Bohaterów Monte Cassino, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, pastry stores, ice cream parlors and stores. A walk down the street to the Sopot pier takes about 7 minutes. Obrońców Westerplatte Street, formerly known as Willowa Street, intersects with Czyżewskiego Street, where Sierakowskis Manor House , headquarters of the Society of Friends of Sopot, is located. Here you can drop in for a delicious coffee and cake (next to a playground for children). The building is adjacent to numerous Art Nouveau residences, including the most famous in Sopot Berger Villa. In close proximity to the tenement house is Sopot School of Music (a building worth seeing), the historic Józef Wybicki Sopot Library, Agnieszka Osiecka Atelier Theater. The apartment is very conveniently located for those arriving in Sopot by train. It takes 3 minutes to walk from the train station, where there is a modern shopping mall with numerous food outlets to the apartment. For guests arriving by car there is a parking space available on the premises, the area is fenced. 800 meters from the building is Aqua Park and tennis courts, close to the Forest Opera.
