The focal point of the apartment is a spacious living room combined with a kitchenette. The air-conditioned living room has been furnished for communal living and relaxation. There is a comfortable sofa, a stylish coffee table and a large Smart TV with cable and Soundbar. From the living room there is direct access to the garden with a terrace equipped with garden furniture such as a table and chairs and sun loungers. The apartment has three separate bedrooms for privacy and comfortable relaxation. One of the bedrooms has a desk that provides a comfortable space to work or study in front of the computer. Two bedrooms have a comfortable double bed and the third has a sofa bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave and coffee machine. All the necessary crockery, cutlery and kitchen accessories, allow you to prepare your favourite meals. The apartment has two modern bathrooms. The main bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, a washbasin with a large mirror and a toilet. The second bathroom has a whirlpool bath, washbasin and toilet for the comfort of all guests. A high-speed Wi-Fi connection is available in the apartment for seamless internet access. The comfort of the stay is further enhanced by a washing machine and dryer located in the dressing room, as well as a highchair available for the little ones.
