The staff was magnificent, mostly I dealt with a new employee who was very eager and willing to help, and Gosia who was professional, polite and delightfully helpful.

Comfortable large room in a very nice hotel, and friendly staff. There is a cafe and an Asian restaurant in the hotel, that closed at 19.00. Hotel has own parking place, and on the street one may find some places too.

Me and my friends, we were looking for a place which will good for all 5 of us. One of the options that we received was Środka Boutique Hotel. The location of the hotel was really good accessible by foot or via public transport. We were greet by the friendly staff which explain us all the information about our stay and what we need to know. We received three separates rooms (as we have booked) - two rooms for two persons and one room for three persons. The rooms were big with comfortable beds and additional chairs. Each room got a big TV which allowed us to see the game. We got really nice view from the windows as also from the small balkon from one of the rooms. All the places were clean, so we didn't have any issue with this part. We think to come back here again, but this time to check the room with the sauna and Jacuzzi.

always stay their perfect as usual the jacuzzi suite is a good idea although I think for Poznan overpriced if the rate dropped I am sure that they would attract more bookings

the hotel was in a very nice Location - everything we needed was wallable distance away, a lot of nice places to eat around. breakfast was amazingly thought of - each person gets their tray of food, which was very fulfilling and delicious.

The hotel is very well located and the people working in the front desk are very friendly. In fact they were still very friendly to me even after I was a little rude. The room was ok and the breakfast (which we took with us as take-away) was absolutely amazing.

Good and clean room, de-luxe quality. Looks like 5* one. We ordered a room for 3 person and got a 2 room number: with living room (and a balcony) and a bedroom. There is air condition in a room. The bed was very good. The breakfast cost us 8 eur per person and it was amazing. Worth this money!
