Location is very good. Really nice and kind staff. Every morning they heated milk for our child, and even one evening gave us plate and spoon and heated the milk for child supper. The room was clean and compact. The only thing that missed- shelves in closet. Cleaning was pretty good. Our vacation was in December, so the hotel was heated very well.
IsraelOverall very good experience, especially location. But reception girl was a bit too insisting with us filling up the form during check-in. Come on, modern hotels should be able to do this on their own, without bothering guests with filling up "check-in date", "check-out date", "per dog name".
UkraineThe staff was very, very friendly and attentive! The location was perfect because the street the hotel is located was very quiet, but, we were in the center! So close to the main streets, shops, restaurants, etc.

South AfricaI travel often, and I have to say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was very good and the eating area was a very cozy place to be. The hotel is located in a great area - it is a short walk to the historic downtown, public transportation, and restaurants. If I am ever in Poznan again I will definitely stay here! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!
