This modern 28 m² studio, located on the first floor of a newly built development completed at the end of 2024, offers a comfortable stay for two guests. The apartment features a spacious open-plan living area that doubles as a bedroom, complete with a large bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table with chairs. Guests can also enjoy a private balcony – perfect for a morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The fully equipped kitchenette allows for easy meal preparation, while the generous bathroom with a walk-in, step-free shower offers comfort and practicality. And to top it off, there’s a free parking space in the underground garage – a real bonus in the city's heart.

The apartment on Żeromskiego Street 7 is situated in a prime location – right in the heart of seaside Gdynia, just a few minutes walk from the beach, the sea, and the city's main attractions. No matter the season, Gdynia has something special to offer everyone. Summer in Gdynia – perfect for beach days and active leisure City Beach (approx. 10 minutes on foot) – a sandy, lifeguarded beach ideal for sunbathing and swimming in the sea. Sun loungers, beach bars, and a children’s playground are available on-site. Seaside Boulevard (approx. 8 minutes on foot) – a scenic coastal promenade stretching all the way to Orłowo. It is a fantastic route for walking, jogging, or cycling with a view of the sea.
