Villa Sunny Slope is the result of a family dream – together with our parents, we bought a sunny piece of the mountain to create a unique place for you to relax. We built a house that combines comfort, modern design, and respect for nature. We invite you to one of two luxurious apartments in our three-story house. Each apartment has its own terrace with uninterrupted views of the Karkonosze Mountains, a private sauna, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room. The interiors are designed with attention to detail – wooden tables, comfortable hotel-quality mattresses, blackout curtains, and huge windows that let the sunlight in from morning till evening. You can also rent the entire house – the perfect solution for families or groups of friends. The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms (3 with private bathrooms), 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 living rooms. The house is environmentally friendly – we use solar energy thanks to photovoltaic panels, draw water from our own well, and you can charge your electric car for free on site. Outside, you’ll find a garden with a playground, a place for a bonfire, and the peace of mountain nature. Our house is located on a sunny slope of the Izera Mountains, 750 meters above sea level, with direct views of Śnieżka and the Karkonosze range. Sunny Slope is a place created with heart. It is the perfect place for nature lovers, mountain hikers, and those interested in the region’s history. Szklarska Poręba, once a settlement of glassmakers and mineral seekers, is now a well-known resort with a rich history and traditions. The area offers numerous attractions: - **Wysoki Kamień:** A peak with a stone observation tower, offering panoramic views of the Karkonosze and Jizera Mountains (our villa is located on its slope). - **Szrenica:** A popular peak with a cable car and mountain shelter, ideal for skiers and tourists. - **Kamieńczyk Waterfall:** The highest waterfall in the Polish Karkonosze, featuring three cascades with a total height of 27 meters. Our movie star ;) – this waterfall appeared in one of the Narnia films! - **Szklarka Waterfall:** A picturesque waterfall surrounded by forest, easily accessible for families with children. - **Złoty Widok (Golden View):** A viewpoint on a granite platform, offering unforgettable views of Śnieżka and Śnieżne Kotły. - **Chybotek:** A unique rock formation that moves when touched. Szklarska Poręba is also considered the mineralogical capital of Poland, rich in precious and semi-precious stones. The area offers numerous hiking and cycling trails through the picturesque landscapes of the Karkonosze and Jizera Mountains. It’s a perfect spot for active recreation and relaxation in nature. The trails start near our villa – just above us is a forest that leads to Wysoki Kamień (where you can enjoy delicious apple pie :)).
