We prefer written contact via the booking application so that all Customer Service employees can see our arrangements. We respond on an ongoing basis. Please contact us by phone only in emergency. The Laguna Beskidów resort is undergoing expansion and construction work is underway in the vicinity of the building, which may cause noise discomfort, mainly on weekdays. When making a reservation, the guest acknowledges that the current offer, and especially the price, already takes into account these inconveniences and noise or any dust from the construction site cannot constitute grounds for compensation, cancellation of the reservation or refund.
