The living room has an elegant sofa bed, a coffee table, a modern SmartTV and a table with chairs. The separate bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a second TV and bedside tables. The kitchenette is equipped with all the utensils necessary for preparing meals. It includes amenities such as a coffee maker, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, hairdryer, washing machine and towels for our guests. The furnished balcony overlooks the inner courtyard with lots of greenery. The apartment is located in the heart of Świnoujście, in a very attractive area with a well-developed urban infrastructure. At the same time, there are numerous green areas nearby, such as the impressive Zdrojowy Park and Chopin Park. The beach and the beautiful Świnoujście promenade can be reached in a 20-minute walk along the city streets. There are numerous restaurants offering delicious seaside cuisine, but there are also establishments with world cuisines. Along the Promenade there are stalls offering unique Baltic souvenirs and local products. In one of the modern buildings by the beach, there is an aquapark where the whole family should go and spend time actively. The apartment is also surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafés, such as Restaurant Neptun (500 m), Kurna Chata (700 m), or Costa Cafe (500 m). The distance to the Swina River is 650 metres and you can cross it by ferry. This is a free and unique attraction in Poland, which is certainly worth taking advantage of. Not far from the place of the ferry crossing, there is a very interesting place - the Sea Fishery Museum, where you can see unique sea creatures and learn many interesting facts about them. There is a spacious basement where bicycles can be safely stored, which is a great asset for lovers of two wheels. This is a great starting point for cycling tours of Usedom and the surrounding area.
