Great location and exceptional accommodations--spacious, comfortable, and very attractive. The bathroom was large and well equipped, and there was even a nice balcony. Staff was warm and professional. Breakfast was exceptional.

After a long ride we felt welcomed like at home, receptionist showed everything and explained very kindly, breakfast was delicious, plenty of good food, kids had their favourite pancakes, we could order freshly done omlete. The old Town is just 10-15min walk. Next time traveling through or to Kraków we surely will come back!

We loved it! Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the one working on afternoon. We got a lot of helpful informations about Krakow and about what to see/visit. We came by the bus in the morning and they let us use the room more than 6 hours prior to the check in. The apartment is very big, cozy and comfortable. It also have a Nespresso coffee machine, various different teas and a bathtub. Breakfasts are also ok. The apartment is located a few minutes from the bus station and 10 mins from the city center. At the check out we got a sparkling wine and some chocolates since it was the new years day. To sum it up, the stuff really goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. :)

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable, perfect for a weekend stay. There was someone there to meet us even when our flight was delayed well beyond midnight. Breakfast was simple but really really lovely. The complex was located only a 10 minute walk from the main square meaning it was quiet but also central. The train station and galeria were 5 minutes away on foot also. Organizing a taxi to and from the residence was no problem at all and done through the complex. All in all, there was nothing to fault! Highly recommend, will be returning on the next visit!

Such a beautiful hotel, all wooden panels and high ceilings. The room were spotless with comfortable beds and the best shower! Air con was a bonus as we had temperatures of 35° whilst we were there! The staff were so so friendly and helpful, they couldn't have done more. Every single little thing was sorted out for us. The airport transfer, trips, advice on where to go. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is located in a lovely part of town, just outside the Old Town so very quiet at night. It's about a 10-15 minute walk in to the Main Square which suited us perfectly.
